A Great Screenplay Idea - The most important part of filmmaking

A film can survive marginal acting, bad lighting and a host of other sins, IF the story is fantastic. Never forget that the story is all important. The finest production values in the world won't save a script that is a dog.

Don't think you have the talent for storytelling? Not a problem. Fact is that everyone who has ever watched movies can tell the difference between a good story and a bad one. There are many talented writers with great finished stories just waiting for someone to turn them into a movie.

Still want to tell your own story? The fist step is find the idea. It's just a few sentences that instantly get your attention.
